Organization, with its function as a media for human resources to synergistically achieve their common goals, needs to be developed through the creation of opportunity and space for the improvement of its capacities. An integrated and comprehensive approach constitutes a fundamental method for PMK Consulting in assisting clients’ organization to create added values as well as optimize their capacities in executing their vision and mission.
